EPA Update & 2013 Budget

Besides the usual staff reports, the agenda for the council meeting tomorrow includes at update from EPA on the various environmental projects in the area, an introduction to the 2013 budget and a proposal to update Ruston's B&O tax (including changing all references in the code from "town" to "city").
