KING 5 has a short story that ran yesterday about Ruston's change from a town to a city. You can read the story here.... The story says Ruston is the smallest city in the state....

"City of Ruston" sounds great, looks good in print
and speaks of progress. Why is the name going to stay "Town of Ruston" and not "City of Ruston"? The lady that was interviewed didn't make it clear as to why.
