Adult Entertainment + Budget
It's hard to tell what will be more entertaining tomorrow night at the Ruston council meeting - next year's budget or regulating adult entertainment. As a city, the council must pass the tax levy earlier than they did as a town. And Ruston cannot outright ban adult entertainment, so the planning commission has recommended as area where it can exist.
