Property Values Rise

The News Tribune is reporting (here) that property values are back up to their 2010 values. Values rose 5.9% last year in Ruston, after a 9.21% increase in 2014. Property taxes can only be raised by 1% per year, so residents won't see the same increase in taxes but for those wanting to sell it's a nice trend.
