Point Ruston's Mike Cohen Loses Lawsuit

The News Tribune reported yesterday that Point Ruston developer Mike Cohen lost a major lawsuit recently. One of the investors in his Apex complex sued Cohen for $2.3 million after the development was sold at a loss in 2014. The jury for the civil trial found Cohen violated state securities law.
