Ruston School Fully Occupied

Catholic Community Services has signed the lease and begun the renovations to the Ruston School building to bring their Family Preservation unit to town. The lease was approved by the council on August 18th and includes $50,000 of improvements. The 36-month lease brings over $4,300 a month income for the use of all remaining vacant space in the building. The Mary Joyce Community Center remains, but the rest of the old school is now being used.
