Here is a reminder not only of our history when Ruston had our own school, but of the joy of childhood. The photographer must have been pretty silly to elicit so many giggles...

Did you really mean to describe the photographer with such an unkind word? I felt embarrassed for you when reading your caption; and sad for the families of those in the photo and the family of the photographer who may have read your comment.
My apologies for any offense. I've worked with kids for most of my life and the kind of silliness that can make children smile is a wonderful gift in my book.
Laurie, I am so glad you commented. I am facinated by your aunt and her long career at Ruston school. I'm considering an in-depth research project that would involve her. Can you contact me when you have time. I'd love to connect with your family. My email is kpickett22@yahoo.com.

I think you meant to say "elicit" instead of "elitist".
Got it corrected, thanks!
