The Point Defiance Zoo announced that the clouded leopard pair are expecting new ones in a few weeks. They managed to mate without being noticed and surprised everyone. The News Tribune has the story here....

And as we all know, babies grow up too fast. The Sumatran tiger cubs celebrate their first birthday on Saturday. There will be special activities for the cubs and visitors, a big birthday card to sign and "cub-cakes" while supplies last. You can read more about the party here...
