The only thing on the agenda for the council meeting tonight is the first reading of the new sign code ordinance, which could have a major impact on our local businesses. Lets hope the sign ordiance classes up the place a little.We don't need Ruston looking like a gypsy flea market.
As a business owner, one of many -who has participated in the process, I appreciate the efforts of our planning commission.
I believe you will be pleased. The Busines District is definatally evolving due to the economic climate - so as a community member please have mercy and bear with us.
Please keep involved and contiue to offer your input to help us grow and improve our Business District. We want more than anything to support and add to our community.
