Unlike our last snow, whose strong grip ground us to a standstill
and destroyed so much despite its beauty, this morning’s unexpected greeting of white
seemed fragile and delicate. It’s almost as if winter offered a parting gift
by painting our world clean and white one more time.
It’s been a long and challenging season for many of us. As winter bids us a beautiful farewell, I hope
for warmer days and vibrant life for Ruston and all her citizens…
