Power Out Again

In case you haven't heard the details yet, The News Tribune is reporting (here) that Monday's power outage was due to a "major equipment malfunction", perhaps brought on by a mylar balloon hitting some high voltage lines. The exact cause is still under investigation, but at least power is back on...
