Music Weekend In & Around Ruston

The new club featuring blues and rock opened this weekend in the Point Defiance Cafe. There are lots of signs outside. If anyone make the opening act on Saturday night, let us know how it went.

And an old high school friend sent an invitation to hear her all girl sax quartet at the Antique Sandwich Company this afternoon. It was such a treat to introduce my grand daughter to live classical music, well played and in a comfortable, intimate setting. Today was the first of "Classical Sundays", set to run through March.
