Casino Lawsuit Against Ruston Dismissed

The Town of Ruston made a "breaking news" announcement on Friday (link here) about the dismissal of the latest lawsuit between Point Defiance Cafe and the Town of Ruston last week. Most of the case was dismissed in June of last year, but one piece of the suit was allowed to continue. The town congratulates the new attorney Carol Morris for successfully arguing the case on April 23rd.
