Casino Trial Postponed

It has been confirmed that the trial between Point Defiance Casino and the Town of Ruston has been delayed for several more months. The proceedings had been scheduled to start a week ago Thursday, but were called off at the last minute. The entire proceeding has been delayed now until a new court date can be assigned.
