It looks to be another short council meeting Monday if the agenda is any indication. The only item on the agenda with any details is a budget amendment for the engineering services (probably related to the sewer project). Mayor Hopkins is scheduled to talk about meter deposits and Council Member Albertson has placed an item on the agenda titled "Environmental Issues in the Town of Ruston". Item # 2 enviromental issues. Wonder what is brewing with that.
Hopefully it is concerning all the cigerette butts struin around the model home on 49th st.

Environmental issues? Are not those issues in the bailiwick of the EPA? Could be JFJ.
what are u worried about item #2 for? can't someone bring up envirnmental issues without being bopped over the head in print?
