Sign of Progress

The long-awaited Ruston Way tunnel and road closure is coming soon. The closure is for utility work on the Point Ruston development. There had been concern that this work would have to wait until spring, but the stars aligned and the work can proceed now.

Signs are posted notifying us that the road will be closed November 9th through 25th. A press release with more details will be out soon...

Karen,

Do you have an approximate timeline for the entire completion of the road realignment? How long is this entire LID going to take?

That is very good to hear. I assume the tunel will reopen on the 26th nov? Can't wait until it is closed for good. Keep up the good work Karen. You report. We decide.

Looks like Point Ruston is gearing up for the road realignment. Huuurrray! Theres not much room for JFJ to do their spin-outs,and with the wet weather there won't be much dust to stir up. Might be smooth sailin from here.
