How The Time Does Fly

I swear it was just yesterday that the little ghosts and goblins were scampering up and down Ruston's streets, full of candy and giggles. Then I blinked and it was time to cook the turkey and half a breath later it's time to hang the Christmas lights.

Police Chief Reese sent along these pictures from the Halloween extravaganza held at Town Hall this year. The fire department has traditionally handed out candy ~ and this year the event grew to an even bigger party. A great time was had by one and all.
