So the rumor is true - bradley huson is proposing that cohen be allowed to build on Rust park. Been hearing this for months but could not believe it had any truth to it. that isn't all we've heard and there's more to it than what's on the agenda. since you don't want to print rumor we'll leave it at that but we can watch it all go forward. Cohenville is here.

what does it matter if we try to stay Ruston? I don't live here for the reason of making our own park benefit private developers instead of our residents.
It's been interesting.money talks.

This is a new and novel approach BUT It is much better than a dog park.

How many dogs are we talking about. Only one I know of!

Anyone representing the children? If so speak up!

The park hasn't benifited residents for quite a while. Haven't you heard it has gone to the dogs?

Building on park land would take yet another perfectly nice piece of Ruston and scar it up. There's ongoing profit now and in the future to be made by realtors and developers. We can keep carving Ruston up, because there is plenty of land left over, even after the Commencement and Pt Ruston have been built.

Dogs? Get serious, pulleeze.
