The planning commision should also recomend that the council raise the height limit in the com P zone to 45'. That way we don't have to have aplicants ask for a variance every time someone wants to build a class a building. 35' just will not work. limit it to only 3 stories.
Back to that old theme? Don't worry - the council will raise the height limit and make you happy again.
