Doesn't anyone demand to see Pt Ruston's accounts? With the rumors going around about the financially questionable status of this project, you'd think the Council would make Cohen show them some financial 'meat'. They will probably o.k. the LID without question. So much for watching out for the residents of Ruston.

RUMORS. This Town is great at spreading rumors about anyone and anything..... Sex,murder,corruption, money laundering,aleins landing on the site.
It just goes on and on. Let the developer develope already.
