Council Meeting Agenda: Sept. 21, 2009
There does not appear to be anything new on the docket for the council meeting tonight... second readings on the load capacity that will be allowed for the new Baltimore Street and new fee schedule for the building permits and such ~ and a resolution for the USDA loan (along with the repayment schedule). I heard the town is going to be installing street lights. PLEASE make sure they not only include the brackets to hang flower baskets, but also remember to include an outlet on each post for xmas lights, etc.
These are often forgotten and WAY too expensive to add later on.
Take a look at all of the lamp posts on the Tacoma Waterfront and the Broadway LID. They all have a single outlet for plugging in lights and holiday decorations. Thanks Karen.
