The council will hear from City of Tacoma on the advantages of contracting with them for garbage service (as opposed to University Place Refuse Service as outlined in a previous study session). Also up is a final vote imposing weight restrictions on non-arterial streets. And it appears they want to require bike helmets be worn in town and add something to the code about "Adult Entertainment Businesses".
