The Tacoma Weekly has two more articles about Ruston today, on the Point Ruston project and the financial study.

The Ruston Connection has some new information available today - the audio they recorded of Point Ruston's LID presentation is available on their web site and the presentation material is available at Ruston Reports. Other material now public: 1) Point Ruston's Final SEIS - all 676 pages 2) Transcript of the judge's oral ruling in the legal battle with the Commencement condos. The judge confirmed that Ruston had no legal right to force a closure of the sale center at the school building.
