Point Ruston

The Tacoma Daily Index has an article about Point Ruston, who has hired Jay Ray of Tacoma to manage their communications on the project. Jay Ray did some similar work for Asarco, so they are familiar with many of the issues.

The State capital could use some more time and money wasters.
