We hear Bill Walker has been door-belling again with some pretty outlandish statements about the Point Ruston LID proposal. Given that probability, this comment on the last post is worth considering...
My comments are to our current involved concerned citizens, not so involved yet definitely concerned citizens, and all future residents investing in our community (soon to be registered voters)....
I truly hope all step up and interact now, on this blog or elsewhere, to contribute & help shape our neighborhood, community and identity. It is vital to our community to express our views and opinions in whatever forum you need and are afforded. Demand to be heard at this juncture of our future.
I commend Karen Pickett for being diligent in making sure our government is open and responsive to the constituents that elected this council, and those that did not. I ask that we all take the time needed to take responsibility and research rumors that are delivered door to door and represented as facts. Please ask for documented facts from the organizations and or developers that are involved and find your own truth and understanding.

After reading the Ruston Connection, I understand why Bill Walker's going door to door. He's an investigator.
