I wonder why all the information on the Open Meetings Act was provided in the packet. There isn't anything listed on the agenda. Anyone know?
Can you say WA STATE AUDITOR?
My sentiments exactly. This piece of garbage is a combination of council-manager form of government (which is not what Ruston has), overblown egos and attorneys who are used to jacking up the cost of billings. Maybe the secretary of state can advise on referendums.
