The council and mayor did require an third party inspection before the purchase is finalized. Now we just have to hope it doesn't sell before we can get approval to purchase it!

It sounds like there will have to be a supplement budget submitted and approved at the meeting next Monday - or perhaps some type of emergency action can authorize the purchase. But we have to wait at least a week before we can move....
