No Tax Break

The News Tribune weighed in today on Point Ruston's idea of a Tacoma tax break on their project. While appreciating the risk Mike Cohen is taking with this development, the editorial board did not like the idea.

What are your thoughts?

I don't think that the Ruston/Tacoma waterfront
site is going to be to hard to sell.
There are plenty of developers downtown right now that would trade places in a New York second.

Helping the process/costs on the Ruston side would be a great benifit all by itself.

But then we all know that.
