I hope this can get to the council ASAP.Then the three pro-Ruston council members can move it along.
About not moving to quickly.
Does anyone remember what this place looked like 1980?
A rendering plant would have been better.Oops-I hope jobs for justice
is'nt looking.We could end up smelling like E~Burg.
