A Question

Before former Mayor of Ruston Phil Parker died, he left $1500.00 for trees to be planted in the Town of Ruston. I am wondering why have these trees not been planted as of yet? How long does it take to plant a tree? One hour? Two hours? Phil died thirteen years ago and I feel it is time to plant these trees – in his honor.

To the Towns credit,they have planted over one hundred trees as of last march.A dedicated group of
individuals worked hard for two straight weekends.You should come by this spring to witness for yourself the wonderful blooms.
